I thought I purchased a brand new toilet paper holder by Hansgrohe Axor Citterio. When received this item it was squeezed into my mailbox by the USPS. Upon removal from the external envelope, the box that the item came was not only smashed completely it looked really old. When the toilet paper holder and it’s accompanying items were taken out of the box there were no sheen on these items, like what is on brand new products. The stick on label that was on the toilet paper holder said December 2006, which explains everything. The screws and mounting brackets were sticky and aged, and very difficult to install. The toilet paper holder surface looked it’s age and didn’t allow the toilet paper to be easily and readily dispensed. I’ Afraid if I tried to remove the screws and mounting bracket and holder to return this “lemon”, something might break.100% satisfied. Great product.
