I usually buy this paper all the time and while it usually comes with the outer paper casing torn or ripped open, the paper itself is usually fine and packaged properly within the box. So I was willing to overlook and not question why the outer paper casing is mangled within the box. This time, I received 11 x 17 paper in a 12 x 12 x 12 box. Common sense says this doesn't work with the paper dimensions. But someone managed to squeeze the paper in there by putting them in an "S" shape to fit. The outer paper casing is also more mangled than normal. The paper some how seems to be fine once again, but this will be my last purchase from them.
