This is a beautiful piece of hardware for your bathroom! It is a very well-made item, also. I was shocked when I took it out of the box the day that it arrived from amazon, because it was so heavy, the first thought that entered my mind, is "Wow, this is so heavy it would make a great weapon! You can knock someone's brains out with this thing!" And it looks great on the bathroom wall, to boot! And I love the way that you change the toilet paper roll. I wish all of my bathrooms had this ""Swing Up Arm" way of changing the rolls of tissue. So simple and much easier to do this way. I chose the "Brushed Nickel" finish because I already have other hardware in that finish in my bathroom and wanted to keep it matching but this T.P. Holder was really beautiful in the Chrome finish, also. Alas, I could not use that finish without changing my towel racks and other items and that would have been a foolish and costly thing to do. I am very happy with the Nickel finish as well, it looks great in my bathroom! I would say this is one of the better made Toilet Paper Holders on the market....highly recommend!This is a beautiful paper holder - well made, substantial, lovely design, but it did have a couple rough places along the seams where it was molded (that is why I removed a star). The rough spots were not enough of an issue to cause me to return it, but, unfortunately, it was slightly bent, and the swinging arm did not line up without force.....short term, it would probably have been fine, but over time, I am afraid the extra force to change the roll would have pulled it off the wall. Had to return it.I've updated my bathroom with the entire Moen Waterhill collection, all purchased on Amazon. Yes, the Waterhill collection is more expensive than some of Moen's other collections. However, when you receive your item you instantly understand why. This collection is not a lightweight collection with a cheap finish. This collection is HEAVY solid metal with a gorgeous chrome finish. I absolutely love every item in my Waterhill collection. This paper holder is solid and sturdy. The arm simply swings up to change the paper roll. So easy and convenient! It works perfectly and there is no wobble to it. Very classy with a beautiful high polished high-end look!It is very pretty but very bulky and HEAVY. Seems like a tight fit in the bathroom next to the toilet and cabinet. I didn't find this out until too late...as one of the last details in a bathroom remodel. I wanted to return it but it was past time.Matches my other fixtures in the same line.All Moen products I have purchased are great products.I've never used this style of TP holder before and I love it. So easy and no problem of popping the bar off while changing rolls. Great design and it matches my fixtures.im very happy with the entire Waterhill line. The product is sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, and matches the description. Its so easy to use- unlike conventional paper holders, this one only requires the bar to be lifted- no springs that go bad- making it very convenient.
